Organize Videos is where the labels of your library are made. There are four kinds, and each has a job:
- Categories are the sections of the library: the sidebar and the home page.
- Groups are ordered sets that play straight through, a series, a season, a course.
- Genres say what kind of thing a video is, for searching and filtering.
- Tags are anything else that is true about a video: classic, short, black and white.
A video can carry as many of each as you like. Every kind gets its own tab, and they all work the same way.

1. Creating a label and filling it
Type a name and Add. The new entry opens on the right, empty. Add videos picks from the library: search, or use the same filters as everywhere else, tick the videos you want, and add them. Videos already in the label are dimmed, and Hide already in gets them out of the way.

2. Order
Drag the videos to set their order. That is the order they play in when the label is played as a queue, which is what a group is for. The cross on a tile takes a video out of the label; the file stays in the library. The entries on the left can be dragged too: for categories, that sets the order of the home page sections.

Rename and Delete sit next to the name. Deleting a label only removes the label; the videos stay where they are.

3. Organize with AI
Organize with AI does the labelling for you. Pick which videos with search and filters, choose which kinds of label it may assign and whether it may create new ones, set how many per video, and optionally send video frames or captions along so it can see and hear the video rather than only its name. Then start. It runs in the background, in the tray and in System Activity.

By default you review the suggestions before anything changes: decline a video, remove a label you disagree with, add one, then apply. Turn on Apply automatically to skip the review. It runs on the provider from AI Settings, fully offline with Ollama or vLLM.

Good to know
- Manage Videos can organize too, one video or many at once, with the same dialogs.
- Auto organize on a watch folder labels new videos as they arrive.
- Playing a label as a queue: open any video in it; Up next follows the label in this order.
